Quality Improvement in Network #15


Welcome to Network #15,

First, we would like to thank you in advance for your support of Network #15’s quality improvement initiatives.  The current Conditions for Coverage for suppliers of End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD Services Subsection 494.180) requires dialysis and transplant facilities to participate in Network activities and to pursue Network goals. 

Please download the documents at right which provide an overview of the ongoing Network #15 quality improvement projects and quality outcome goals established by the Network #15 Medical Review Board.
